Most of my blog posts are about things I have done or thoughts now I'm doing more of a personal thought topic. So, I generally am a happy person who can't get angry very easily except for these few things including : people being obnoxious towards others which is rather upsetting . This includes bullying , gossip cyber bullying and just being rude towards others in general .Seeing people upset and feeling worthless really makes me feel sympathy towards them and in some ways can't find a way out .Some, may resort to less pleasant methods due to this fact. A second thing is, the people that swear like every second word okay whatever you swear ,but it dosen't look too good when your interested in presueing a career. And lastly things that are degrating to people of all kinds.Including women , racism towards races and stereotypes about blonds , teenagers and the elderly . Maybe these things apply to some people but definitely not all!! People need to be treated with equality and the way they deserve !
So as I think about how teenagers and their parents struggle with conflict and non relation some times it's really upsetting to realize a lot of children don't connect with their families and relationships are broken . And with these issues you can never tell like if you saw a kid over accross the cafeteria laughing with friends and looking like the happiest person in the room in some cases one big smile can cover a million tears .Not all families are like that , obviously they have disagreements but that's how human nature is in general but if preventable its best to settle on something because remember thoes are the people that will always be there for you the rest of your life , always will always have. Now your probably wondering why I would write this no it's nothing personal with myself it's more of a thing I have seen a lot lately and wanted to voice out to the unhappy divorced , broken families and I know how the individuals feel I wish them the best
For my english class we had to choose a short story to read for the independent book club that we share with other schools within our community . I found the novel quite interesting because it had to main narrations one from a actual person who was experiancing everything that was happening "clay" and another point of view which was comming from some tapes " Hannah baker " which sadly took her life because of thirteen reasons .The novel overall was quite emotional but to be honest i really didn't get into it until about mid half way through. The way the story was set up , was that hannah had already died and handed out these tapes to thirteen people who were the reasons she commited suicide . Each of these individuals had an order on the tapes and had to pass them on to the next person when they were finished Clay, who was the main character got the tapes and then at that point the reader got to hear what she had to say about the last few months of her life . The thirteenth person apparently was the worse and made the desicion happen because then she knew that nobody cared enough to stop her and the part that upset me the most was when i found out hannah had the same feelings for clay and really needed him but he had no idea she felt this way and also thought she wasn't the fondest of him because she kicked him out of her life after the party took place . Now he blames himself and thinks if he stayed with her she would sill be alive at this point but he really shouldn't considering if someone told you to leave in a cold way you would also , how would you know what that persons inner self was struggling with if they don't open up and come forward with the problem.? Which she tried to do the day before her suicide took place with a teacher but some of the events your don't want to share with an adult especially when he told her she might have to just move on from the problem , which is about the last thing she wanted to hear.
In the near future I plan of taking the task of going into the field of study paramedics. To take this one step at I time I actually joined co-op for next year in grade 11 in a hospital placement for a experience of a life time as I job shadow certified doctors and learn the ways of the job. I might see some frightening sights as I am there on a daily basis but I might as well get used to it earlier on then freak out when the important time comes . I believe the government should insure to give us all the nessisary equipment and we should take the percautions to make sure the tools are sterile and safe for the injured or sick patients and I learned about ony 3% of the population will do this type of work which is a minor set back but I think for me it can be accomplished
"Twilight is better , no Harry potter"!!! Many people cannot decide which story is best. In my opinion, both books / series were very satisfying and had lots of details and interesting background to support the story line. The author of Harry potter J.K Rowling was so creative in how she made all the concepts and history of Harry potter, it makes me wonder how she could fit it all together so well? How could one mind be so brilliant to do so?well the only way to find out is to ask the author yourself . Stephanie Meyer had less background and appealed to teenage audiences everywhere: She made it a interesting twisted story of a vampire in love with a human as well as a werewolf.
The only thing was I found the second book dragging on which was my least favourite and depressing, Bella really isn't that interesting of a character !!! But what can I say I watched all the movies and read all the books I couldn't help staying away from a juicy love story . I think a lot of the audience over the twilight movie was just to see the boys like usual but Harry potter honestly dosnt have that aspect so people watched it for the love of the story rather than for looks . Overall I think both were successful but in different ways and for different tastes. They both have the mystical theme which I enjoy to get out of reality sometimes , but Harry potter kept me more engaged because the characters had more depth and "emotion" that's relatable.
One of my most loved hobby is creating art, which includes painting sketching and abstract ( putting objects together to form unity). I have had about 2 or 3 lessons out side of school and absolutley loved it the moment my pencil hit the paper.My parents have a huge collection of my art to keep because i used to make it for them almost twice a week as my skills developed and im pleased to see my brother doing the same thing at home as well as school.
My second hobby is singing and song writing. I have always loved to sing since i was little and joined in the school and church choir for years until my every day life got to busy. This year i actually did a vocals course and did very well and did a grandparents tea event with my good friend and sang falling for you by colbie caillat. I would say i was freaking out backstage but felt at home as i was singing on stage
In my opinion the weather has been crazy !! Like Mother Nature what have you been up to? And as annoying as it is the exams were postponed so getting up early was unessisary which is always irritating and today the grade 10 literacy test was canceled due to rain........ And possible freezing later. But I learned this the hard way , I looked out the window went ohhh it's only rain and walked 25 minutes to my friends house to walk to school only to find out it was canceled because busses were.Iwas kind of mad and embarrassed as she opened the door still in her Pajamas and looked at me funny as rain water dripped off my face.And funny thing is the weather wasn't bad at all and the weather forecast was baloney . So now the literacy test is postponed hopefully just like a month from now and not next year !!! I honestly don't want to write it in grade 11.
